Common use of American Depositary Shares; ADSs Clause in Contracts

American Depositary Shares; ADSs. The terms "American Depositary Shares" and "ADSs" shall mean the rights evidenced by the Receipts issued hereunder and the interests in the Deposited Securities represented thereby. Every two (2) American Depositary Shares shall represent one (1) Share, until there shall occur a distribution upon Deposited Securities covered by Section 4.04 or a change in Deposited Securities covered by Section 4.10 with respect to which additional ADSs are not created, and thereafter American Depositary Shares shall represent the Shares or other Deposited Securities specified in such Sections.

American Depositary Shares; ADSs. American Depositary Shares; ADSs.
