AMERICAN EXPRESS POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR SPECIFIC INDUSTRIES. This Section 8.26 states additional American Express policies and procedures applicable to merchants classified in specific industries. All other provisions and requirements of the Agreement apply to these merchants as well. To the extent possible, the provisions of this Section 8.26 and the other provisions of the Agreement applicable to American Express transactions shall be interpreted to give each their full effect. However, if a conflict is deemed to exist between them, then the provisions of this Section 8.26 shall govern.
