American Regent’s Information. Except as provided in Section 8.3 or elsewhere in this Agreement, CytoDyn shall maintain all Confidential Information provided by American Regent to CytoDyn, whether in writing, electronically, orally or through access to American Regent’s premises, in strict confidence. Such information shall remain the property of American Regent, and CytoDyn shall not make use of any such information except as permitted by this Agreement without the express prior written approval of American Regent.
