Ameritech Job Site Representation. An Ameritech representative must be on the job site when CLEC is placing or removing its attachments, in Ameritech’s conduit structure. Ameritech must be given a five (5) business day notice in order to provide a representative (at CLEC’s expense) on site by CLEC’s construction start date. All reasonable and actual charges will be billed to CLEC. Ameritech will provide a rate sheet to CLEC upon CLEC's request.
