Common use of AMI Interests Located In and Out of Existing AMI Clause in Contracts

AMI Interests Located In and Out of Existing AMI. If an AMI Interest is found to cover lands located both within and outside the existing AMI, the entirety of such AMI Interest shall be offered to the other Parties under the acquisition, notice and election provisions of Article 2.4, and if the other Parties elect to participate in the acquisition thereof, the description of the lands comprising the AMI shall be deemed to be amended to extend and cover all of the lands covered by such interest. The option of the Parties to participate in the acquisition of such interests shall be limited to the entirety of the interest acquired.
