Amortization Event and Event of Default. Upon the occurrence of an Amortization Event or Event of Default, the Indenture Trustee shall withdraw all amounts on deposit in the Reserve Account and shall deposit such amounts to the Collection Account to be used as Available Funds in accordance with Section 3.4 or Section 6.6, as applicable.
