Amortization of Costs Financed with Amounts in the SWRDS Reinvestment Account. Charges to amortize Project Facility Capital Costs paid with amounts from the SWRDS Reinvestment Account shall return to the State, in equal annual amounts over an amortization period determined by the State, the amount of each such cost together with an interest charge on the unamortized balance thereof.
