Amount and Denominations. The aggregate original principal amount of the Notes which may be authenticated and delivered under this Fifteenth Supplemental Indenture is limited to U.S.$600,000,000, except for Securities of such series authenticated and delivered upon registration of transfer of, or in exchange for, or in lieu of, other Securities of the same series pursuant to Section 305, 306, 904 or 1107 of the Original Indenture; provided, however, that the Notes may be reopened, without the consent of the Holders thereof, for issuance of additional Securities of the same series.
