Amount and Rate of Subscriber (Licensee) Payments. The PatentBook Administrator shall have the sole and absolute authority and discretion to establish and to revise, from time to time, the amount and rate of the Subscription Payments. In making revisions, the PatentBook Administrator may consult, at its discretion, with the Publisher (Licensor), Additional Publishers, Subscribers and other industry representatives.
