Common use of Amount Held for Future Distribution Clause in Contracts

Amount Held for Future Distribution. As to any Distribution Date and the EMC Mortgage Loans, the aggregate amount held in the Company’s Protected Account at the close of business on the immediately preceding Determination Date on account of (i) all Scheduled Payments or portions thereof received in respect of the EMC Mortgage Loans due after the related Due Period and (ii) Principal Prepayments, Liquidation Proceeds, Subsequent Recoveries and Insurance Proceeds received in respect of such Mortgage Loans after the last day of the related Prepayment Period. As to any Distribution Date and the Mortgage Loans serviced by any Servicer other than EMC, the aggregate amount held in the Servicer’s Protected Account at the close of business on the immediately preceding Business Day on account of (i) all principal payments or portions thereof received in respect of such Mortgage Loans serviced by it due after the related Due Period and (ii) Principal Prepayments, Liquidation Proceeds, Subsequent Recoveries and Insurance Proceeds received in respect of such Mortgage Loans after the last day of the related Prepayment Period.
