Amount of Annual Contributions. The Employer will contribute for each Plan Year an amount described in paragraph (b) or (c) below, whichever is applicable, less any amounts reapplied for the Plan Year under Section 6.1(d), not to exceed the amount deductible under Section 404(c) of the Code.
