Common use of Amount of Commitment Clause in Contracts

Unless Lessee shall consent otherwise, no Lessor may make any such assignment, conveyance or transfer if, as a consequence thereof, the transferor (if such Lessor retains any part of its Commitment) or transferee Lessor would have a combined Commitment and Outstanding Investment of less than $5,000,000.
