Common use of Amount of Loan Clause in Contracts

Amount of Loan. The Borrower agrees to borrow from the Bank and the Bank, relying on the representations, covenants and undertaking of the Borrower set forth herein and in the application for the Loan, agrees to lend to the Borrower a sum stated in the Schedule to this Agreement.
