Common use of Amount of Registry Operator Fees Clause in Contracts

Amount of Registry Operator Fees. 4.1.1. Registrar agrees to pay Registry Operator the fees set forth in Exhibit E for initial and renewal registrations and other services provided by Registry Operator to Registrar (collectively, "Fees"). Registry Operator reserves the right to increase the Fees prospectively upon six (6) months prior notice to Registrar.

Registry Operator will provide Registrar with six (6) months prior notice to Registrarof any increase in the Fees. Current prices and effective dates of price increases always will be found in the Registrar section of the Registry website.

Registry Operator reserves the right right, from time to increase time, to modify the Fees prospectively upon six (6) months prior notice to Registrarin a manner consistent with ICANN policies and Registry Policies. However, once a domain is registered, Registry Operator will not modify the Renewal Fee of that domain.
