Common use of Amount of repayment instalments Clause in Contracts

Amount of repayment instalments. The Borrower shall repay the Loan by 20 equal consecutive semi-annual instalments of $4,250,000 each and by a balloon instalment of $71,800,000 (the “Balloon Instalment”) Provided that if the amount of the Loan drawndown hereunder is less than $156,800,000, each of the repayment instalments and the Balloon Instalment shall be reduced pro rata by an amount in aggregate equal to the undrawn balance.

Amount of repayment instalments. The Borrower shall repay the Loan by 20 equal by: (a) 40 consecutive semi-annual quarterly instalments, the first 12 instalments of $4,250,000 2,812,913 each and by the next 28 instalments of $2,062,913 each; and (b) a balloon instalment of $71,800,000 82,516,480 (the “Balloon Instalment”) Provided that if the aggregate amount of the Loan drawndown hereunder drawn down by the Borrower is less than $156,800,000174,033,000, each of the repayment instalments instalment and the Balloon Instalment shall be reduced pro rata by an amount in aggregate equal to the such undrawn balanceamount.

Amount of repayment instalments. The Borrower shall repay the Loan by 20 consecutive quarterly instalments each equal consecutive semi-annual instalments of to $4,250,000 each 2,036,764.71 and by a balloon instalment of $71,800,000 (equal to the “Balloon Instalment”) Provided that if the amount balance of the Loan drawndown hereunder is less than $156,800,000, each of the repayment instalments and the Balloon Instalment shall be reduced pro rata by an amount in aggregate equal to the undrawn balanceat that time.

Amount of repayment instalments. The Borrower shall repay the Loan by 20 equal by: (i) 24 consecutive semithree-annual monthly instalments (each a “Repayment Instalment”) each in the amount of $4,250,000 each and by 475,000; and (ii) a balloon instalment in the amount of $71,800,000 10,600,000 (the “Balloon Instalment”) ), Provided that if the amount of the Loan drawndown hereunder drawn down is less than $156,800,00022,000,000, each of the repayment instalments Repayment Instalment and the Balloon Instalment shall will be reduced pro rata by an amount in aggregate equal to the undrawn balancesuch shortfall.

Amount of repayment instalments. The Borrower shall repay the Loan by 20 16 equal consecutive semi-annual instalments of $4,250,000 each and by a balloon instalment of $71,800,000 (the “Balloon Instalment”) of which the first 8 instalments shall be $1,700,000 each, the subsequent 8 instalments shall be $1,300,000 each and the Balloon Instalment shall be $19,000,000 Provided that if the amount of the Loan drawndown drawn down hereunder is less than $156,800,000, 43,000,000 each of the said repayment instalments and (including the Balloon Instalment Instalment) shall be reduced pro rata by an amount equal, in aggregate equal aggregate, to the such undrawn balanceamount.
