Common use of Amount of repayment instalments Clause in Contracts

Amount of repayment instalments. The Borrowers shall repay each Tranche as follows: (a) in the case of Tranche A, by: (i) 20 equal consecutive quarterly instalments in the amount of $979,000 each (the “Tranche A Repayment Instalments”); and (ii) a balloon instalment of $83,420,000 (the “Tranche A Balloon Instalment”), Provided that if the amount of Tranche A drawn down is less than $103,000,000, each of the Tranche A Repayment Instalments and the Tranche A Balloon Instalment will be reduced pro rata by an amount in aggregate equal to the undrawn amount; (b) in the case of the Tranche B, by 20 equal consecutive quarterly instalments in the amount of $655,000 each (the “Tranche B Repayment Instalments”) Provided that if the amount of Tranche B drawn down is less than $13,100,000, each of the Tranche B Repayment Instalments will be reduced pro rata by an amount in aggregate equal to the undrawn amount; (c) in the case of each Advance of Tranche C, by: (i) equal consecutive quarterly instalments in the amount of A each (the “Tranche C Repayment Instalments” and together with the Tranche A Repayment Instalments and the Tranche B Repayment Instalments, the “Repayment Instalments” and each a “Repayment Instalment”); and (ii) a balloon instalment in the amount of E (the “Tranche C Balloon Instalment” and together with the Tranche A Balloon Instalment, the “Balloon Instalments” and each a “Balloon Instalment”).

Amount of repayment instalments. The (a) Save as otherwise adjusted pursuant to paragraph (b) below, the Borrowers shall repay each Tranche as follows: (ai) for each Tranche advanced in the case of Maximum Tranche A, byAmount: (iA) 20 each Chengxi Tranche, by 28 equal consecutive quarterly instalments in the amount of $979,000 each (the “Tranche A Repayment Instalments”); and (ii) 292,000 each, together with a balloon instalment of $83,420,000 8,174,000 payable simultaneously with the 28th and last such quarterly instalment; (B) each Jiangsu Tranche, by 28 equal consecutive quarterly instalments of $311,000 each, together with a balloon instalment of $8,692,000 payable simultaneously with the “28th and last such quarterly instalment, and for each Tranche A Balloon Instalment”), Provided that if where the amount of Initial Tranche A drawn down Amount is less than $103,000,000the applicable Maximum Tranche Amount, each of repayment instalment for that Tranche, including the Tranche A Repayment Instalments and the Tranche A Balloon Instalment will balloon instalment, shall be reduced pro rata by an amount in aggregate equal to the undrawn amount;difference between the Maximum Tranche Amount and the Initial Tranche Amount applicable to such Tranche; and (b) in the case for each Tranche which is further reduced by way of the an Additional Tranche B, by 20 equal consecutive quarterly instalments in the amount of $655,000 each (the “Tranche B Repayment Instalments”) Provided that if the amount of Tranche B drawn down is less than $13,100,000, each of the Tranche B Repayment Instalments will be reduced pro rata by an amount in aggregate equal to the undrawn amount; (c) in the case of each Advance of Tranche C, byReduction: (i) equal consecutive quarterly instalments in the amount of A each repayment instalment for that Tranche, including the balloon instalment, shall be calculated in accordance with paragraph (a) of this Clause and there shall be no additional pro rata reduction in such repayment instalments and balloon instalment as a result of the “Additional Tranche C Repayment Instalments” and together with the Tranche A Repayment Instalments and the Tranche B Repayment Instalments, the “Repayment Instalments” and each a “Repayment Instalment”)Reduction; and (ii) a balloon instalment the number of quarterly instalments payable in respect of such Tranche shall be reduced by the amount number of E (the “Cancelled Repayment Instalments applied pursuant to an Additional Tranche C Balloon Instalment” and together with the Tranche A Balloon Instalment, the “Balloon Instalments” and each a “Balloon Instalment”)Reduction.";

Amount of repayment instalments. The Borrowers shall repay each Tranche as follows: (a) in the case of Tranche A, by: (i) 20 by a total number of X equal consecutive quarterly instalments instalments, each in the amount of $979,000 Y (each (the a “Tranche A Repayment InstalmentsInstalment”); and (iib) in the case of Tranche B, by 20 equal consecutive quarterly instalments, each in the amount of $313,235 (each a “Tranche B Repayment Instalment”), each Tranche A Repayment Instalment and each Tranche B Repayment Instalment, a “Repayment Instalment” and, together, the “Repayment Instalments”; and (c) in the case of Tranche A, a balloon instalment of $83,420,000 equal to Z (the “Tranche A Balloon Instalment”); and (d) in the case of Tranche B, $15,035,300 (the “Tranche B Balloon Instalment”), the Tranche A Balloon Instalment and the Tranche B Balloon Instalment each a “Balloon Instalment” and, together, the “Balloon Instalments”, Provided that if the amount of Tranche A drawn down in respect of a Tranche is less than (i) in the case of Tranche A, $103,000,00016,000,000 and (ii) in the case of Tranche B, $21,300,000, each Repayment Instalment in respect of the that Tranche A Repayment Instalments and the Tranche A Balloon Instalment will in respect of that Tranche shall be reduced pro rata by an amount in aggregate equal to the undrawn amount; (b) in the case of the Tranche B, by 20 equal consecutive quarterly instalments in the amount of $655,000 each (the “Tranche B Repayment Instalments”) Provided that if the amount of Tranche B drawn down is less than $13,100,000, each of the Tranche B Repayment Instalments will be reduced pro rata by an amount in aggregate equal to the undrawn amount; (c) in the case of each Advance of Tranche C, by. In this Clause 8.1: (i) equal consecutive quarterly instalments in the amount of A each (the “Tranche C Repayment Instalments” and together with the Tranche A Repayment Instalments and the Tranche B Repayment Instalments, the “Repayment Instalments” and each a “Repayment Instalment”); and (ii) a balloon instalment in the amount of E (the “Tranche C Balloon Instalment” and together with the Tranche A Balloon Instalment, the “Balloon Instalments” and each a “Balloon Instalment”).

The Borrowers shall repay each Tranche as follows: (a) in the case of Tranche A, by: (i) 20 by 17 equal consecutive quarterly instalments instalments, each in the amount of $979,000 350,000 (each (the “a "Tranche A Repayment Instalments”Instalment"); and (iib) a balloon instalment in the case of Tranche B, by 20 equal consecutive quarterly instalments, each in the amount of $83,420,000 313,235 (each a "Tranche B Repayment Instalment"), each Tranche A Repayment Instalment and each Tranche B Repayment Instalment, a "Repayment Instalment" and, together, the "Repayment Instalments"; and (c) in the case of Tranche A, $8,050,000 (the “"Tranche A Balloon Instalment”"); and (d) in the case of Tranche B, $15,035,300 (the "Tranche B Balloon Instalment"), the Tranche A Balloon Instalment and the Tranche B Balloon Instalment each a "Balloon Instalment" and, together, the "Balloon Instalments", Provided that if the amount of Tranche A drawn down in respect of a Tranche is less than (i) in the case of Tranche A, $103,000,00014,000,000 and (ii) in the case of Tranche B, $21,300,000, each Repayment Instalment in respect of the that Tranche A Repayment Instalments and the Tranche A Balloon Instalment will in respect of that Tranche shall be reduced pro rata by an amount in aggregate equal to the undrawn amount.”; (b) in the case of the Tranche B, by 20 equal consecutive quarterly instalments in the amount of $655,000 each (the “Tranche B Repayment Instalments”) Provided that if the amount of Tranche B drawn down is less than $13,100,000, each of the Tranche B Repayment Instalments will be reduced pro rata by an amount in aggregate equal to the undrawn amount; (c) in the case of each Advance of Tranche C, by: (i) equal consecutive quarterly instalments in the amount of A each (the “Tranche C Repayment Instalments” and together with the Tranche A Repayment Instalments and the Tranche B Repayment Instalments, the “Repayment Instalments” and each a “Repayment Instalment”); and (ii) a balloon instalment in the amount of E (the “Tranche C Balloon Instalment” and together with the Tranche A Balloon Instalment, the “Balloon Instalments” and each a “Balloon Instalment”).

Amount of repayment instalments. The Borrowers Borrower shall repay each Tranche as followsrepay: (a) in the case of Tranche A, C-Exim Commitment by: (i) 20 equal 11 consecutive quarterly instalments instalments, the first 7 (the "7 C-Exim Repayment Instalments") of which shall be in the amount of $979,000 19,775 each (the “Tranche A Repayment Instalments”); and (ii) a balloon instalment of $83,420,000 (the “Tranche A Balloon Instalment”), Provided that if the amount of Tranche A drawn down is less than $103,000,000, each of the Tranche A Repayment Instalments and the Tranche A Balloon Instalment will next 4 of which shall be reduced pro rata by an amount in aggregate equal to the undrawn amount; (b) in the case of the Tranche B, by 20 equal consecutive quarterly instalments in the amount of $655,000 197,750 each (each a "C-Exim Repayment Instalment" and together the “Tranche B "C-Exim Repayment Instalments”) Provided that if the amount of Tranche B drawn down is less than $13,100,000, each of the Tranche B Repayment Instalments will be reduced pro rata by an amount in aggregate equal to the undrawn amount; (c) in the case of each Advance of Tranche C, by: (i) equal consecutive quarterly instalments in the amount of A each (the “Tranche C Repayment Instalments” and together with the Tranche A Repayment Instalments and the Tranche B Repayment Instalments, the “Repayment Instalments” and each a “Repayment Instalment”"); and (ii) a balloon instalment in the amount of E $8,527,575 (the “Tranche C "C-Exim Balloon Instalment” "); and (b) subject to Clause 8.3, the DNB Commitment by: (i) 4 equal consecutive quarterly instalments in the amount of $84,750 each (each a "DNB Repayment Instalment" and together the "DNB Repayment Instalments" and together with the Tranche A C-Exim Repayment Instalments, the "Repayment Instalments" and each a "Repayment Instalment"); and (ii) a balloon instalment in the amount of $3,714,000 (the "DNB Balloon Instalment" and together with the C-Exim Balloon Instalment, the “"Balloon Instalments” " and each a “"Balloon Instalment”"), Provided that if the amount of the Loan drawndown hereunder is less than $13,510,000, the amount of each of the Repayment Instalments and each of the Balloon Instalments shall be reduced by an amount equal to the undrawn amount on a pro rata basis.

Amount of repayment instalments. The Borrowers Borrower shall repay each Tranche as follows: (a) in the case of Tranche A, A by: (i) 20 4 equal consecutive quarterly three‑monthly instalments (the "Tranche A Instalments") each in the amount of $979,000 each (the “Tranche A Repayment Instalments”)495,000; and (ii) a balloon instalment in the amount of $83,420,000 11,155,000 (the “"Tranche A Balloon Instalment”"), Provided that if the amount of Tranche A drawn down is less than $103,000,000, each of the Tranche A Repayment Instalments and the Tranche A Balloon Instalment will be reduced pro rata by an amount in aggregate equal to the undrawn amount; (b) in the case of the Tranche B, by 20 equal consecutive quarterly instalments in the amount of $655,000 each (the “Tranche B Repayment Instalments”) Provided that if the amount of Tranche B drawn down is less than $13,100,000, each of the Tranche B Repayment Instalments will be reduced pro rata by an amount in aggregate equal to the undrawn amount; (c) in the case of each Advance of Tranche C, by: (i) 5 equal consecutive quarterly three-monthly instalments each in the amount of A each $495,000 (the “Tranche C Repayment Instalments” and together with the Tranche A Repayment Instalments and the "Tranche B Repayment Instalments, the “Repayment Instalments” and each a “Repayment Instalment”"); and (ii) a balloon instalment in the amount of E $10,660,000 (the “"Tranche B Balloon Instalment"); (c) in the case of Tranche C by: (i) 5 equal consecutive three-monthly instalments (the "Tranche C Instalments" and, together with, Tranche A Instalments and Tranche B Instalments, the "Repayment Instalments" and, in the singular, means either of them) each in the amount of $355,000; and (ii) a balloon instalment in the amount of $3,605,000 (the "Tranche C Balloon Instalment” and " and, together with the Tranche A Balloon Instalment and Tranche B Balloon Instalment, the “"Balloon Instalments” " and, in the singular, means any of them"), Provided that if the amount drawndown is less than $13,135,000 in the case of Tranche A and Tranche B and $5,380,000 in the case of Tranche C, each a “Repayment Instalment in respect of that Tranche and the relevant Balloon Instalment”)Instalment shall be reduced pro rata by an amount equal to the undrawn amount.
