Common use of Amount of repayment instalments Clause in Contracts

Amount of repayment instalments. The Borrower shall repay the Maximum Facility Amount by twenty eight (28) consecutive equal quarterly instalments, the first twelve (12) instalments in the amount of seven hundred thousand Dollars ($700,000) each, followed by sixteen (16) instalments in the amount of four hundred fifty thousand Dollars ($450,000) each and by a balloon payment of ten million four hundred thousand Dollars ($10,400,000) (the “Balloon Instalment”).

Amount of repayment instalments. The Borrower Borrowers shall repay the Maximum Facility Amount maximum amount of each Advance by twenty eight four (2824) consecutive equal quarterly instalments, the first twelve (12) instalments each being in the amount of seven hundred thousand Dollars ($700,000) each, followed by sixteen (16) instalments in the amount of four two hundred fifty thousand Dollars ($450,000) each and 250,000), followed by a balloon payment of ten five million four hundred thousand Dollars ($10,400,0005,000,000) (the “Balloon Instalment”).

The Borrower Borrowers shall repay the Maximum Facility Amount Loan by twenty eight (28) consecutive equal quarterly instalments, the first twelve (12) instalments consecutive quarterly instalments, each of which shall be in the amount of seven Four hundred and sixty thousand Dollars ($700,000460,000) each, followed by sixteen (16) instalments in the amount of four hundred fifty thousand Dollars ($450,000) each and by a balloon payment of ten Eight million four nine hundred and eighty thousand Dollars ($10,400,000) (the “Balloon Instalment”8,980,000).
