Common use of Amount of repayment instalments Clause in Contracts

Amount of repayment instalments. The Borrower shall repay the Loan by 34 consecutive 3‑monthly instalments, the first 6 of $912,500 each, the next 27 of $1,250,000 each and the thirty fourth and last of $80,775,000.

Amount of repayment instalments. The Borrower shall repay the Loan by 34 12 consecutive 3‑monthly instalments, the first 6 quarterly instalments being (i) four consecutive quarterly instalments of One million five hundred thousand Dollars ($912,500 each, the next 27 1,500,000) each followed by (ii) six consecutive quarterly instalments of One million Dollars ($1,250,000 1,000,000) each and followed by (iii) two consecutive quarterly instalments of Two hundred and fifty thousand Dollars ($250,000) each provided however that if the thirty fourth and last of $80,775,000Loan is not drawndown in full such instalments shall be reduced pro rata.

Amount of repayment instalments. The Borrower shall repay the Loan by 34 37 consecutive 3‑monthly 3-monthly instalments, the first 6 of $912,500 each, the next 27 31 of $1,250,000 each and the thirty fourth each, to be followed by a 38th and last instalment of $80,775,00075,775,000 payable on 16 December 2015 (being the final Repayment Date).

The Borrower shall repay the Loan by 34 20 consecutive 3‑monthly instalments, quarterly instalments the first 6 4 such instalments to be in an amount of $912,500 12,000,000 each, the next 27 4 such instalments to be in an amount of $1,250,000 10,000,000 each, the next 11 such instalments to be in an amount of $6,000,000 each and the thirty fourth and last a final instalment to be in an amount of $80,775,00016,000,000; provided, that each such instalment is subject to reduction as provided in Clause 8.11 hereof.

Amount of repayment instalments. The Borrower shall repay the Loan by 34 16 consecutive 3‑monthly instalments, quarterly instalments as follows: (a) instalments 1 to 4 each in the first 6 amount of $912,500 each, 2,500,000; (b) instalments 5 to 8 each in the next 27 amount of $1,250,000 2,000,000; (c) instalments 9 to 12 each and in the thirty fourth and last amount of $80,775,0001,500,000; (d) instalments 13 to 16 each in the amount of $1,000,000; and (e) a “balloon” of $2,000,000 payable together with the final such quarterly instalment.

Amount of repayment instalments. The Borrower Borrowers shall repay the Loan each Advance in 40 consecutive quarterly instalments being (i) eight consecutive quarterly instalments of Seven hundred and fifty thousand Dollars ($750,000) each followed by 34 (ii) thirty one consecutive 3‑monthly instalments, the first 6 quarterly instalments of Four hundred and thirty seven thousand Dollars ($912,500 each, the next 27 of $1,250,000 437,000) each and the thirty fourth followed by (iii) a final instalment of Four hundred and last of fifty three thousand Dollars ($80,775,000453,000) provided however that if an Advance is not drawndown in full such instalments shall be reduced pro rata.
