Amount of Required Capital Contributions in Respect of Expenses. With respect to the portion of the Expenses Drawdown Amount to be applied to pay Partnership Expenses, each Partner (including the General Partner) shall be required to make a Capital Contribution equal to the amount of such Partnership Expenses payable by such Partner as determined pursuant to Section 4.03.
