Amount of Subject Shares Notification. On any date on which the Purchaser otherwise acquires any Subject Shares, or sells or otherwise transfers any Subject Shares to another Beneficial Owner (including a transfer, if any, to an Affiliate of the Purchaser in connection with a related assignment to such Affiliate of the Purchaser’s rights and obligations under this Agreement), the Purchaser shall promptly notify the Voting Trustee of such occurrence and the number of Subject Shares that the Purchaser (and any such Affiliate) then owns.
