Common use of AMOUNT OF TARGET BONUS Clause in Contracts

AMOUNT OF TARGET BONUS. For each calendar year included in whole or in part within the Term, there shall be a target Bonus (a "TARGET BONUS") for the Executive equal to at least 100% of Executive's Salary, at the annual rate in effect at the beginning of such calendar year (pro rated, if less than an entire year).
