Amount of the Loan. On the Closing Date, the Bank, on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, will (a) make a Loan to the Borrower in an amount not in excess of One Hundred Two Million Dollars ($102,000,000) and (b) deliver to the Borrower Internal Revenue Form 1001 or 4224 duly completed (if applicable).
