Amount; Payment Terms Sample Clauses

Amount; Payment Terms. Lessee agrees to pay Lessor, without any offset or deduction whatsoever, in lawful money of the United States of America, at Lessor's address as set forth in Item 2 of the Basic Lease Provisions or elsewhere as designated from time to time by Lessor's notice in writing to Lessee, the monthly sum set forth in Item 6(a) of the Basic Lease Provisions (hereinafter called "Base Rental") on the first day of each calendar month, monthly in advance without demand or invoicing, for each and every calendar month of the Term. Lessee and Lessor further agree, pursuant to Item 6(b), that any unreserved parking spaces will be made available to the Lessee at no cost during the Term.

Amount; Payment Terms. Lessee agrees to pay Lessor without any offset or deduction whatsoever, in lawful (legal tender for public or private debts) money of the United States of America at Lessor's address as set forth in Item 2 of the Basic Lease Provisions or elsewhere as designated from time to time by Lessor's notice in writing to Lessee, the monthly sum set forth in Item 6(a) of the Basic Lease Provisions (hereinafter called "BASE RENTAL") on the first day of each calendar month, monthly in advance without demand, for each and every calendar month of the term of this Lease. Lessee also agrees to pay monthly the sum set forth in Item 6 of the Basic Lease Provisions for each allocated parking space.
