Amounts contingently Clause Samples

Amounts contingently due (a) If at the time of a distribution of any money under clause 8.1 any part of the Secured Moneys is contingently owing to the Security Trustee, the Security Trustee, Receiver or Attorney may retain an amount equal to the amount contingently owing or any part of it.
