AMOUNTS DUE MONTHLY. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, all amounts due to be paid to either the Company or the Reinsurer under this Agreement on a monthly basis shall be determined on a net basis as of the last day of each calendar month and shall be due and payable as of such date.
