Amounts Due the Authority. The Authority may deduct sums otherwise due the Consultant for actions inconsistent with contract requirements. Where the sums to be deducted are more than the funds otherwise due the Consultant, the Consultant shall remit all amounts due to the Authority within 30 days. If payment is not received within 30 days of the agreed upon date the Authority reserves the right to deduct the amount due from future payments owed the Consultant.
