Common use of Amounts due to DFAT Clause in Contracts

Amounts due to DFAT. Without limiting any other of DFAT's rights or remedies, any amount owed or payable to DFAT (including by way of refund), or which DFAT is entitled to recover from the Recipient, under this Agreement will be recoverable by DFAT as a debt due and payable to DFAT by the Recipient. DFAT may set-off any money due for payment by DFAT to the Recipient under this Agreement against any money due for payment by the Recipient to DFAT under this Agreement or a Related Agreement.
