Common use of Amounts in Excess of Reserve Account Required Balance Clause in Contracts

Amounts in Excess of Reserve Account Required Balance. If, on any Payment Date, amounts on deposit in the Reserve Account are greater than the Reserve Account Required Balance (after giving effect to all other distributions and disbursements on such Payment Date), the Indenture Trustee shall, based on the Monthly Servicer Report, withdraw funds in excess of the Reserve Account Required Balance from the Reserve Account and deposit such funds into the Collection Account as Available Funds on such Payment Date for application in accordance with Section 3.4 hereof.
