Common use of Amounts in Excess of Reserve Account Required Balance Clause in Contracts

Amounts in Excess of Reserve Account Required Balance. On each Payment Date, the Indenture Trustee shall withdraw all cash on deposit in the Reserve Account in excess of the Reserve Account Required Balance (as determined on the related Determination Date) from the Reserve Account and deposit the same into the Collection Account to be part of Available Funds on such Payment Date for application in accordance with Section 3.04 hereof.
