Amounts Limited to Available Collections. Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement to the contrary, the obligations of the Transferor hereunder shall be payable hereunder solely to the extent funds are available therefor and, to the extent such funds are insufficient or unavailable to pay any amounts owing by the Transferor hereunder, it shall not constitute a claim against the Transferor.
