If a Tranche of Outstanding CHASEseries Dollar Notes or CHASEseries Foreign Currency Notes has a Performing or non-Performing Derivative Agreement for principal that provides for a payment to the applicable Derivative Counterparty, the deposit targeted for that Tranche of CHASEseries Notes on each Note Transfer Date with respect to any payment to the Derivative Counterparty will be specified in the related Terms Document.
