Amounts Payable On Account of Termination. CURO will pay and provide Employee with the payments and benefits provided for under Section 6 of the Agreement if Employee’s employment terminates during the term of this Agreement in a manner that constitutes a “separation from service” as that term is defined by Section 409A.
