Amounts Payable to the Banks. Unless and until all Outstandings have been paid in full, the Owner Trustee shall cause the Companies to pay over upon receipt thereof all amounts received by them pursuant to the Basic Documents to which they shall be a party (other than Excepted Payments and amounts received and applied pursuant to Section 5.4) to the Banks.
