Common use of Amounts Received by the Lenders Clause in Contracts

Amounts Received by the Lenders. Each Lender agrees that it shall act as a trustee for the benefit of the other Lenders to the extent of the respective interests of the other Lenders in the Advances with respect to all sums of any kind paid to or received by such Lender in payment of all or a portion of the Advances by or on behalf of the Borrower.
