Common use of Amounts Received for Which No Provision Is Made Clause in Contracts

Amounts Received for Which No Provision Is Made. (a) ----------------------------------------------- Any payment received or amounts realized by the Indenture Trustee for which no provision as to the application thereof is made elsewhere in this Indenture or any other Operative Document shall be held by the Indenture Trustee as part of the Indenture Estate in a cash collateral account maintained under Section 7.04, and (b) all payments received and amounts realized by the Indenture Trustee under the Charter, including without limitation, Article 14(b) of the Charter, or otherwise with respect to the Vessel, to the extent received or realized at any time after payment in full of the principal of and interest on all Secured Notes issued hereunder, as well as any other amounts remaining as part of or as proceeds of the Indenture Estate after payment in full of the principal of, Make-Whole Amount, if any, and interest on all such Secured Notes, shall be distributed forthwith by the Indenture Trustee in the order of priority set forth in Section 4.03, omitting clause "third" thereof. The Indenture Trustee shall give prompt notice to the Owner Trust and each Holder of the receipt of any moneys by the Indenture Trustee subject to the provisions of this Section 4.06.

The Indenture Trustee shall give prompt notice to the Owner Trust EEX and each Holder of the receipt of any moneys by the Indenture Trustee subject to the provisions of this Section 4.06.

The Indenture Trustee so much of such aggregate amount as shall give prompt notice be required to the Owner Trust and each Holder of the receipt of any moneys by pay ----- the Indenture Trustee subject all amounts then due it pursuant to Section 6.04 shall be applied to pay the provisions Indenture Trustee such amounts; and second, the balance, if any, of this Section 4.06such aggregate amount remaining ------ thereafter shall be distributed to MTFC to be held or distributed in accordance with the terms of the Participation Agreement.

The so much of such aggregate amount as shall be required to pay ----- the Indenture Trustee all amounts then due it pursuant to Section 6.04 shall give prompt notice be applied to pay the Indenture Trustee such amounts; and second, the balance, if any, of such aggregate amount remaining ------ thereafter shall be distributed to the Owner Trust and each Holder Trustee to be held or distributed in accordance with the terms of the receipt of any moneys by Trust Agreement, the Indenture Trustee subject to Charter or the provisions of this Section 4.06Participation Agreement, as applicable.

The Indenture Trustee shall give prompt notice to the Owner Trust Grantor Trustee and each Holder of the receipt of any moneys by the Indenture Trustee subject to the provisions of this Section 4.06.
