Common use of Amounts Remaining in Bond Fund Clause in Contracts

Amounts Remaining in Bond Fund. It is agreed by the parties hereto that after payment in full of (i) the Bonds (or provision for payment thereof having been made in accordance with the provisions of the Indenture), (ii) the fees, charges and expenses of the Trustee in accordance with the Indenture, (iii) the Administrative Expenses, (iv) the fees and expenses of the Remarketing Agent and the Issuer and (v) all other amounts required to be paid under this Agreement and the Indenture, any amounts remaining in the Bond Fund shall belong to and be paid to the Company by the Trustee; provided, however, that if there remain reimbursement or other obligations of the Company under the Reimbursement Agreement, such moneys remaining in the Bond Fund shall, subject to Section 13.10(b) of the Indenture, be paid by the Trustee to the Bank Agent upon written direction of the Bank Agent to such extent.
