Common use of Amounts Remaining in Funds Clause in Contracts

Amounts Remaining in Funds. It is agreed by the parties hereto that any amounts remaining in any fund after payment in full of the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds (or provision for payment shall have been made as provided for in the Resolution), the fees, charges and expenses of the Paying Agent and Bond Registrar and all other amounts required to be paid under the Resolution, shall be paid to the City.
