Amounts Remaining in Funds. It is agreed by the parties hereto that any amounts remaining in any Funds upon expiration or sooner termination of the Term, as provided in this Agreement, and after payment in full of the Bonds (or provision for payment thereof having been made in accordance with the provisions of the Indenture) and the fees, expenses and advances of the Trustee and the Credit Provider, their agents and counsel in accordance with the Indenture, shall, subject to the Indenture, be paid to the Company.
