Amounts Remaining in the Funds. It is agreed by the parties hereto that any amounts remaining in the Funds upon expiration or sooner termination of the Lease Term, as provided in this Lease, after payment or defeasance of the Bond in full and all sums due and owing to the Issuer and the Holder shall have been paid, shall belong to and shall be paid to the Company as an overpayment of rent.
