Common use of Amounts Remaining with the Trustee Clause in Contracts

Amounts Remaining with the Trustee. Any amounts remaining in the Bond Fund or otherwise in trust with the Trustee under the Indenture or this Loan Agreement shall, after Payment of the Bonds and all Administrative Expenses in accordance with this Loan Agreement, be disbursed by the Trustee in accordance with the provisions of the Indenture or otherwise as may be required by law.
