An Employee may, by agreement. with the Employer, enter into a salary packaging arrangement, including salary sacrifice to superannuation, where they may convert up to 100% of their salary to: (a) a motor vehicle (whether on a business/private split in accordance with subclause 10.3 or a novated lease under the Employer’s salary packaging scheme) and; (b) the full range of benefits under the Employer’s salary packaging scheme, provided that no TAFE Manager may package more than one motor vehicle at any given time whether on a business/private split in accordance with subclause 10.3 or a novated lease under the employer’s salary packaging scheme.
