AN OFFER OF APPOINTMENT TO THE DISTRICT. 1. An applicant for appointment who is a member of the Association shall be entitled to rely on a representation of the Superintendent, Deputy Superintendent, an Assistant Superintendent, Director of Instruction, or Superintendent of Schools/CEO that an offer of an appointment has been made, or that an appointment has been made, or with respect to the terms of such offer or appointment.
