Common use of Analysis of Accounts Clause in Contracts

Analysis of Accounts. The Secured Party shall have the right to make test verifications of the Accounts in any manner and through any medium that it reasonably considers advisable, and the Debtor shall furnish all such assistance and information as the Secured Party may require in connection therewith. At any time and from time to time, upon the Secured Party’s request and at the expense of the Debtor, the Debtor shall cause independent public accountants or others satisfactory to the Secured Party to furnish to the Secured Party reports showing reconciliations, aging and test verifications of, and trial balances for, the Accounts.
