Common use of Analysis of Accounts Clause in Contracts

Analysis of Accounts. Upon reasonable notice to the -------------------- Pledgor, the Secured Party shall have the right to make test verifications of the Accounts in any manner and through any medium that it reasonably considers advisable, and the Pledgor shall furnish all such assistance and information as the Secured Party may require in connection therewith; provided, however, that, prior to the occurrence and continuance of an Event of Default, Secured Party shall obtain Pledgor's written consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed) prior to communicating with Account Debtors. At any time and from time to time, upon the Secured Party's request and at the expense of the Pledgor, the Pledgor shall furnish to the Secured Party reports showing reconciliations, aging and test verifications of, and trial balances for, the Accounts.
