If the results of the independent analysis for all Specifications are within then current ASTM standard practices for conducting an interlaboratory study to determine the precision of a test method for reproducibility limits, the original short proximate shall control and the costs of the independent analysis shall be paid by the Objecting Person. If such results for any Specification are not within such Reproducibility Limits, the results of the independent analysis shall control and the costs of the independent analysis shall be borne by the non-Objecting Person.
