Common use of ANAM CORRECTIVE ACTIONS Clause in Contracts

ANAM CORRECTIVE ACTIONS. During the Term, Anam agrees to use reasonable commercial efforts to make corrective actions as may be reasonably recommended by TI as soon as practicable, after written notification of the problem; provided, however, that TI shall use reasonable commercial efforts to assist Anam in taking such action recommended by TI or in solving problems.
