Anaphylaxis Evaluation Clause Samples

Anaphylaxis Evaluation. Anaphylaxis is defined as a serious allergic reaction that is rapid in onset and may cause death (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ et al 2006). Any patient who experiences an adverse event that presents with signs and/or symptoms that are suggestive of an anaphylactic, anaphylactoid, or drug hypersensitivity reaction will be evaluated using the Clinical Criteria for Diagnosing Anaphylaxis. The clinical criteria to be applied for diagnosing anaphylaxis are in Appendix I.
