Anchor Investor. In the case of an initial public offering of the Company of its Shares on or prior to December 31, 2014, the Investor agrees to further invest US$50,000,000 in the Company based on the pricing of the Company’s Shares in such initial public offering as the anchor investor.
Anchor Investor. Subject to an Anchor Investor holding the Minimum Shareholding Threshold, such Anchor Investor shall have the right to appoint at least 1 (one) nominee Director ("Anchor Investor Nominee") to the Board and to every committee constituted by the Board. It is clarified that the Director so appointed will be classified as a 'nominee director'.
