Common use of Ancillary Agreement Clause in Contracts

Ancillary Agreement. The Employee acknowledges and agrees that the restrictive covenants contained in this Section 6 are ancillary to and part of an otherwise enforceable agreement, such being the agreements concerning Confidential Information and other consideration as stated in this Agreement.
