Common use of Ancillary Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements Clause in Contracts

Ancillary Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements. Vendor or Vendor Contractors will execute any agreements to address any compliance, legal, confidentiality, or privacy concerns that may be unique to an applicable Governmental Entity making purchases hereunder, such as a Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”) or Criminal Justice Information System (“CJIS”) Security Addendum, or any other non-disclosure or confidentiality agreements in connection with this Agreement or any related agreement deemed necessary by the applicable Governmental Entity (“Ancillary Agreement(s)”).

Such Ancillary Agreements shall be attached as Special Terms and Conditions hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.

Such Ancillary Agreements shall be attached as an Exhibit H hereto and incorporated by reference as if set forth herein.
